Revly acts exclusively as a booking intermediary for water and land activities (jet ski and quad rental). The activities are provided by independent local operators, who are solely responsible for delivering them. Full conditions are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

The booking fee is charged online through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd), inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable in the Member State where the activity takes place, declared through the Union scheme (VAT One Stop Shop / OSS). The balance for the activity is paid directly to the operator on site.

Data collected: name, email address, booking details (activity, location, slot, amounts). Payment data is handled by Stripe and never passes through our servers.

Purposes: managing the booking, customer relationship, email confirmation, sharing with the assigned operator strictly as needed to deliver the service.

Legal basis: performance of the contract (booking) and legitimate interest in managing the customer relationship.

Retention: data is kept for as long as needed to manage bookings and to meet applicable accounting and tax obligations.

Your rights: under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data, by contacting team@revlyride.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).

The site only uses technical cookies strictly necessary for it to work (secure Stripe payment). No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are set.

All elements of the site (the Revly brand, logo, texts, visuals, interface) are the exclusive property of AA PRODUCTION. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

The site is hosted by Lovable (Lovable Inc.) on secure cloud infrastructure in the European Union. Payments are processed by Stripe.
